John Hulsman is an American foreign policy expert and president of John C. Hulsman Enterprises, a global political-risk consulting firm. His publications include, among others, To Dare More Boldly: The Audacious Story of Political Risk (2018) and Ethical Realism: A Vision for America’s Role in the World (2006, with Anatol Lieven).
