John Mary Kirangwa is a teacher and dean of students at OCER Campion Jesuit College. Originally from central Uganda, he teaches English Language at the Primary 7 level to students aged 11 to 16 and has worked at OCER since its formal founding in 2010. He received a secondary school education degree from Ugandan Martyrs University and spent a year working in Rwanda before joining OCER.
