Jyothi Raj is the president of Booshakthi Kendra, the first Adijan ashram in India, and the International Adijan Cultural Center. She is part of various Adijan (Dalit) activism movements and passionate about issues related to social justice especially in the promotion of Adijan culture, history, and spirituality. She has been strongly involved in women’s land rights and is a team member of the National Campaign on Dalit Human Rights.
