Katherine Dugan is an assistant professor of religion at Springfield College in Massachusetts. Her research focuses on prayer practices, contemporary American Catholicism, and American religious history. Her current project “Hip Catholicism: The Remaking of American Catholicism by Millennial-Generation Missionaries” is an ethnographic study of young adults who commit to two years of evangelizing on college campuses in the United States.
