Kristin Kobes Du Mez is a professor of history at Calvin University. Her research interests include the intersection of religion, gender, and politics in American history. She is author of A New Gospel for Women: Katharine Bushnell and the Challenge of Christian Feminism (2015) and Jesus and John Wayne: How White Evangelicals Corrupted a Faith and Fractured a Nation (2020).
