Landerson Serpa Santana is the Country Director of the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Bangladesh. Prior to his appointment, he served as the Executive Director of ADRA Amazon, ADRA Northeast and ADRA Bahia, all in Brazil. He has a background in business management and worked in a range of business and nonprofit ventures in Brazil. Santana holds a M.B.A. in Development Economics from Adventist University of Sao Paolo and a B.A. in Theology from Adventist University of Bahia.
