Leo Luo graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service in 2017 with a major in science, technology, and international affairs. Leo studied at Sciences Po Paris during the spring 2016 semester, where he improved his French, blogged for the Junior Year Abroad Network, and learned about the European way of life through both academics and sightseeing.
