Rev. Canon Leonard L. Hamlin, Sr., is the minister of equity and inclusion at the Washington National Cathedral. Previously, he served as the pastor of Macedonia Baptist Church in Arlington, Virginia, for 22 years. Hamlin holds a B.A., M.Div., and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Howard University.
