Lim Teck Ghee is the director of the Centre for Policy Initiatives in Malaysia. He has worked at the World Bank, UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, and as a professor at various universities. He has published over 50 books and articles and holds a Ph.D. from Australian National University.
