Lucy Keough is a recently retired Senior Operations Officer in the World Bank's Development Dialogue on Values and Ethics. Keough has had a long-time engagement on the HIV/AIDS issues, especially in Africa but also in East Asia. Before serving on the Development Dialogue on Values and Ethics, she worked for 15 years in the Africa Region for the World Bank after earlier experiences in the East Asia and Pacific Region. Keough was a country economist and country officer for Malaysia, Singapore, and Papua New Guinea. She co-authored the Berkley Center's report, "Faith Communities Engage the HIV/AIDS Crisis," with Katherine Marshall. She and Marshall also co-authored Mind, Heart, and Soul in the Fight Against Poverty (World Bank, 2004) and Finding Global Balance: Common Grounds Between the World of Development and Faith (World Bank, 2005).
