Luke Brown graduated from the Master of Arts in English Program at Georgetown in December 2018 and began a Fulbright Teaching Assistantship in South Africa in January 2019. At Georgetown he worked with first-generation college students as part of the Community Scholars Program and researched teaching pedagogy in multicultural spaces. He also worked as the graduate teaching assistant for the Berkley Center's Doyle Engaging Difference Program, intervening directly in students' writings and providing assistance to the program more generally.
