Lynn MacDonell is the principal at MacLeod Public School, an elementary school that serves 600 students and is part of the Rainbow School District in Sudbury, Ontario. She has been an administrator in the area for over eight years and enjoys supporting the needs of the students and families in the community. After studying at Laurentian University, MacDonell taught all grades in French immersion, as well as special education. She enjoys collaborating with other administrators in the area to find innovative ways to incorporate students’ culture and ensure that families are involved in the school community.
