Majeda Omar is the director of the Royal Institute for Interfaith Studies in Jordan. She previously served as the main researcher for Prince Hassan bin Talal’s office; she also chaired the philosophy department at the University of Jordan. She has published several research papers on history, epistemology, and religious philosophy. Omar was a participant in the International Higher Education Interfaith Leadership Forum. She holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Edinburgh, where she specialized in contemporary Western philosophy.
