Dr. Marilynne Robinson is an award-winning novelist and essayist. Her works include three novels, two essay collections, and other nonfiction works. Robinson has received numerous awards, including the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 2005, National Humanities Medal in 2012, and the 2016 Library of Congress Prize for American Fiction. Robinson also taught at the University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop until her 2016 retirement.
