Mark Joseph Williams, a clergy abuse survivor, serves as special advisor to Cardinal Joseph W. Tobin, Archdiocese of Newark. Williams is also a management consultant and forensic psychological clinician. He has more than 25 years of experience in human resources consulting, retained search, and project leadership.
