Mayeda Rashid is a
program officer of Caritas Bangladesh's Aloghar (Lighthouse) Project in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this role she monitors several education centers; she also manages the website and software support for the region she oversees. Rashid previously worked as a secondary school teacher for Scholastica and on a child drowning prevention initiative for AusAid. She has a master’s degree in Disaster Management.
