Michael J. Sandel is the Anne T. and Robert M. Bass Professor of Government at Harvard University, where his course Justice was the university's first course to be made freely available online and on television and has been viewed by tens of millions of people around the world. Sandel’s books, including Justice: What’s the Right Thing to Do? (2008), What Money Can’t Buy: The Moral Limits of Markets (2012), and The Tyranny of Merit: What's Become of the Common Good? (2020), have been translated into 30 languages.
