Michael Vazquez is a public theologian, homiletician, and community organizer currently serving as the Religion & Faith Program Director at the Human Rights Campaign. He holds an MTS from Duke Divinity School, and his research focuses on the influence of religious rhetoric on law and policy and the impact of theocratic movements on gender, sexual, and racial minorities.
