Dr. Mohamed Chtatou is a professor at Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco. He lectures on education, literacy, and development, and he leads trainings about economic empowerment and education throughout Morocco and Africa. Chtatou is also a political analyst for several British, Moroccan, and Saudi news organizations on Middle East politics and Islam. He has worked as a language teacher for the Peace Corps. He often provides insights on Islam and politics and leads interfaith dialogue events, especially through his work with the Directorate of Culture in Morocco. Chtatou was a participant in the International Higher Education Interfaith Leadership Forum. He has a Ph.D. from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
