Mohamed Duale is a Ph.D. student in education at York University, Toronto, Canada. His doctoral research focuses on Somali refugee youth in the Dadaab refugee camps of northeastern Kenya. Duale is also affiliated with the Borderless Higher Education for Refugees (BHER) Project and is a mentor to refugee teachers in Dadaab.
