Musharraf Hussain is the chief executive of the Karimia Institute in Nottingham, United Kingdom; chief editor of The Invitation, a family magazine; and managing director of Dialogue, a national bilingual newspaper. He is a senior trustee of Muslim Hands (an international relief organization) and trustee of National Centre for Citizenship and Law. Formerly, he was the chair of the Christian Muslim Forum, director of the Postgraduate Course in Education teacher training course, and vice chair of Association of Muslim Schools. In 2005 he was awarded an honorary doctorate by Staffordshire University and in 2009 was awarded the Order of the British Empire for services to community relations in Britain. Hussain released The Majestic Quran: Plain English Translation with Arabic Text in 2018.
