Nagulan Nesiah is a senior program officer for disaster response and risk reduction at Episcopal Relief & Development. Nagulan joined Episcopal Relief & Development from the staff of the Diocese of Colombo, Sri Lanka, where he helped oversee the post-tsunami relief and recovery plans of the Church.
