Narcisso Mariano Belo, S.J., is an administrator and a Jesuit brother at St. Ignatius of Loyola Secondary School (Escola Secundaria Inácio de Loiola, ESIL), a Jesuit secondary school that primarily serves disadvantaged rural students in Tete, Mozambique. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and auditing in Maputo and was sent to work at ESIL as an administrative assistant the year after he graduated.
