Berkley Center

Nora Futtner joined the Berkley Center in January 2025 as a communications and outreach coordinator. Nora previously worked with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), the World Justice Project, and other organizations on issues including gender-based violence, rule of law, and human rights advocacy. She holds a master’s degree in international and development studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute, with a specialization in conflict, peace, and security, and a bachelor’s degree in peace and conflict studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
