Nikiema is a security guard at the Center of Studies and Reflection for Students (le Centre d’Etude et de Réflexion pour Collégiens, Lycéens et Etudiants, CERCLE), a Jesuit-run center in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Nikiema has worked at CERCLE for over 30 years, first as a janitor and gardener before becoming a security guard. He previously worked for the Jesuit community in the city.
