Paola Giménez is a first grade teacher at at Don Bosco School (Obra Social y Educativa Don Bosco) in Montevideo, Uruguay, a school affiliated with Fe y Alegría Uruguay. She also serves as the point person on its computer science program, which is part of the government's “Plan Ceibal,” an effort to ensure all schoolchildren have access to a computer. Giménez grew up in the neighborhood in which the school is located before studying to become a primary school teacher.
