Peter Gyallay-Pap is the founder and Executive Director of the Khmer-Buddhist Educational Assistance Project (KEAP). A scholar and activist whose career has centered on Cambodia, Gyallay-Pap has worked for many years as an education and research consultant for UNDP, various NGOs, and governmental institutions. He has served as Vice President of the Earth Restoration Corps since January 2004. An adjunct in history at Adams State College in Colorado, Gyallay-Pap has published numerous articles on social aspects of Buddhism in Cambodia. He holds a PhD in political science from the London School of Economics.
