Dr. Richard Love is a Professor of Cyber Law and Strategy at the National Defense University in Washington, DC. He received the Joint Service Medal for his service to the Office of the Secretary of Defense for his work developing the U.S. government emergency response to Japan’s Fukushima nuclear crisis.
