Richard Marsh is a communications and management consultant who previously was the chief executive at the Institute for Food, Brain and Behaviour. Until 2009 Marsh worked as the director of the ImpACT (Improving Accountability, Clarity and Transparency) Coalition and was a regular commentator on transparency, accountability, and ethical issues as they apply to charities and NGOs.
