Sarah Moore served as the AmaniDC director in Washington, DC from January 2013 to January 2015. Her work at Amani combined her passion for social justice with her interest in sales and marketing. Prior to working at AmaniDC, she was a high school English teacher. Moore grew up in the Washington, DC metro area and has lived in the city for the last 5 years. She holds an M.A. in English from James Madison University and a master's degree in Secondary Education.
