Sarah Moses is associate professor of religion and director of the Society & Health program at the University of Mississippi. She was also previously a Berkley Center research fellow. Her teaching and research interests include ethics and contemporary aging, biomedical ethics, and comparative religious ethics. Her book Ethics and the Elderly (2015) was awarded "Best First Book" by the Society of Christian Ethics in 2018. She serves on the ethics committee of Baptist Memorial Hospital—North Mississippi and previously served on the board of Memory Makers (a day program for seniors with dementia). Dr. Moses is also an ordained Episcopal priest and co-convenes the Anglican Theological Ethics Interest Group of the Society of Christian Ethics. She holds a Ph.D. from Boston College and a Master of Divinity degree from Harvard University.
