Sharon February worked as the program administrator for the Institute for Justice and Reconciliation (IJR), which she joined in 2008. In this work she was keenly involved in post-Truth and Reconciliation Commission reconstruction work. February oversaw numerous IJR programs; she has actively participated in outreach programs working indigent communities in Cape Town, sponsored by the Anglican Church of South Africa.
