Silvia Giulianai Adriana collaborates with various members of her family to run a shop where that sells books, games, food, and perfume out of her home in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Adriana first obtained a loan from Protagonizar, a Buenos Aires microfinance lender founded by Jesuits, in 2009 and says that she owes much of her success to the agency. She appreciates both the personal and financial support that Protagonizar has provided throughout the years. Although she struggles with the costs of maintaining her shop, Adriana says that she loves her work and is constantly searching for ways in which to further develop the business.
