T. Alexander Aleinikoff is director of the Zolberg Institute on Migration and Mobility and professor at the New School for Social Research. From 2010 to 2015, he served as the United Nations Deputy High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva. Aleinikoff is a leading scholar on immigration and refugee law.
