Tornike Metreveli is a postdoctoral researcher in Christianity, nationalism, and populism at Lund University. His first book, Orthodox Christianity and the Politics of Transition (2021), discusses how Orthodox Christianity was involved in political transitions in Ukraine, Serbia, and Georgia after the collapse of communism.
