G20 Interfaith Forum: North America Regional Consultation

September 1, 2020

The G20 Interfaith Forum offers a platform where networks of religiously linked institutions and initiatives engage on global agendas. The agenda for each forum is framed taking into account G20 priorities, together with topics that the various networks of religious actors recommend that the G20 leaders address.

This event summary highlights contributions to the “North America Regional Consultation” for the 2020 G20 Interfaith Forum. The week-long consultation—hosted by the Berkley Center and the World Faiths Development Dialogue from August 17 to 21, 2020—brought together religious leaders and development practitioners to consider faith engagement in the refugee crisis, COVID-19 pandemic, and anti-racism movements in advance of the G20 Interfaith Forum set for October 2020.
