The Review of Faith & International Affairs, Volume 20, Issue 4 (2022)

Authors: Pasquale Annicchino Judd Birdsall

December 13, 2022

This special edition of the Review of Faith & International Affairs, edited by Senior Research Fellow Judd Birdsall and Pasquale Annicchino, gathered a diverse group of scholars to explore the intersection of religion and comprehensive security. The essays in this issue particularly challenge the idea that states have to "balance" freedom of religion or belief and security concerns. This edition also features an article from Senior Fellow Katherine Marshall on COVID-19 and religion as well as a review of Senior Fellow Jocelyne Cesari's book, We God’s People: Christianity, Islam, and Hinduism in the World of Nations (2021).
