Mario Marazziti, member of the Camera dei Deputati of Italy, co-founder of the World Coalition Against the Death Penalty, and author of 13 Ways of Looking at the Death Penalty, joined Paul Elie, author and Berkley Center senior fellow, for a conversation on Marazitti's new book and efforts to end the death penalty. A spokesperson for the Community of Sant'Egidio, at this Faith and Culture series event Marazziti also discussed the Catholic movement's work promoting peacemaking and human rights around the world. A reception and book signing followed.
