Location: Healy Hall Philodemic Room Map

Georgetown alumni and students Nick Sementelli (SFS '09), Nabil Hashmi (SFS '11), Victoria Schramm (COL '12), and David Lee (COL '11) discussed service as an undergraduate and in the work force. The event addressed questions about working in a service-oriented capacity and finding ways to strengthen the Social Innovation and Public Service Fund at Georgetown. The panelists brought diverse perspectives to the discussion. Sementelli has worked for Faith in Public Life and been involved in service and the public sector for many years. Hashmi works as the vice president of Education for Compass Partners and has always had an interest in social change through business. As a senior at Georgetown Schramm served as the president of KAIROS Society. Lee has served as the founding director of Stinky Peace, a non-profit organization that he founded while at Georgetown.
This event was hosted by the Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs, Social Innovation and Public Service Fund, Office of the President, and the Patrick Healy Fellows.
