Religions For Peace Meeting

The executive committee of the Latin American and Caribbean Council of Religious Leaders were in Washington, DC for a series of meetings on December 5 and 6, 2011. They held an invitation-only meeting at the Berkley Center to discuss and update their strategic plan for Religions for Peace Latin America and the Caribbean. The delegation of the Latin American and Caribbean Council of Religious Leaders was headed by its moderator, Cardinal Francisco Robles. The meeting was also attended by William Vendley, secretary general, Religions for Peace International.

This event was sponsored by the Latin American and Caribbean Council of Religious Leaders in partnership with the Berkley Center for Religion, Peace and World Affairs, Regional Ecumenical Center of Consulting and Service, and World Faiths Development Dialogue.
