Sexuality and the Sacred Self: A Conversation Continued

Hands holding each other across a table.

December 12, 2022
7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST
Location: Online Zoom Webinar

Understanding sexuality is a difficult task; abuse survivors face unique and complex challenges in this sacred and important effort. Considerations of past teachings and opportunities to learn moving forward frame this event where participants found space to ask questions they may have never been able to ask.

This event was intended for victim-survivors and those who care for them. The focus of this event was guided by participants’ questions and feedback from the initial October 2022 event on "Sexuality and the Sacred Self." These sensitive, nuanced, and complicated realities were given more time, reflection, and discussion in this evening webinar featuring Dr. Mark Levand and Rev. Gerard J. McGlone, S.J.

This event was co-sponsored by the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis and Georgetown University's Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs.
