The Sungkyun Institute for Confucian Studies and East Asian Philosophy (SICEP) is dedicated to advancing global understanding and appreciation of traditional expressions and the future potential of the Confucian tradition. It also supports scholarship on East Asian and comparative philosophy more generally. The institute hosts a range of local, regional, and international talks, workshops, and conferences that feature and promote cutting-edge research aimed at fulfilling its primary mission.
