Abraham Vélez de Cea is a professor in the Religion and Philosophy Department at Eastern Kentucky University, where he specializes in the Buddhist ethics and Buddhist-Christian dialogue. He previously taught in the Theology Department at Georgetown University, and his doctoral work at the Universidad Completense focused on the early Buddhist doctrine of non-self.
