Brett Scharffs is the Rex E. Lee Chair and professor of law at J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he is director of the International Center for Law and Religion Studies. His teaching and scholarly interests include law and religion, legal reasoning and rhetoric, philosophy of law, and legislation and regulation.
