Diana Rayes, Ph.D., is program director of the Initiative on Faith, Trust, and Health at the Georgetown University Global Health Institute. Her research focuses on global mental health, migration, humanitarian crises, and the role of faith in shaping health behaviors and policy. She has worked across academic, humanitarian, and multilateral sectors to bridge research, policy, and practice in conflict-affected settings, advising organizations including the WHO and UNICEF. Rayes is also a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council. She holds a Ph.D. in International Health and an MHS in Global Mental Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
