Don Eberly is a civil society advocate who founded and directed the Civil Society Project, aimed to encourage moral and social renewal through an increased public role for non-governmental organizations. Eberly's publications includes, among others, Liberate and Leave: Fatal Flaws in the Early Post-War Strategy (2009).
