Eloia Amélia Rangeiro is a history teacher at St. Ignatius of Loyola Secondary School (Escola Secundaria Inácio de Loiola, ESIL), a Jesuit secondary school that primarily serves disadvantaged rural students in Tete, Mozambique. Rangeiro studied at Pedagogical University (Universidade Pedagógica) in Maputo, her hometown.
