Helen Moser is a graduate student in the School of Foreign Service studying Global Human Development, class of 2015. During the 2013-2014 academic year she worked as a Doyle Graduate Fellow at the Berkley Center, assisting undergraduates and professors involved in the Doyle Seminars program.
