Venerable Hoeurn Somnieng is the Executive Director of Life and Home Association (LHA) and the Deputy Head Monk of Wat Damnak. After establishing a provincial branch of Salvation Centre Cambodian in Siem Reap, Venerable Somnieng founded LHA in Wat Damnak in 2005. He received his Bachelors in Management from St. Ambrose University in May 2010.
