Ibrahim Anli is a civic entrepreneur and the executive director of the Rumi Forum in Washington, DC. Previously, he was a visiting researcher at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Anli joined the Journalists and Writers Foundation’s (JWF) Ankara office as its diplomacy coordinator. He later served as the secretary general of Abant Platform, JWF’s Istanbul-based forum of intellectuals. Before joining the Rumi Forum, Anli taught international relations and diplomacy at Tishk International University in Erbil, Kurdistan. He received his M.A. in conflict analysis and resolution from Sabanci University.
